A telemarketer has 4 hours a day to call people for a survey. It takes 3 seconds to dial the number and each call takes 2 minutes. How many calls can be made per day?
My wrong answer:
14,000/123=117
It will be easiest to solve this problem if you convert everything to seconds first. 4 hours is 14,400 seconds and 2 minutes and 3 seconds is 123 seconds. Then all you have to do is divide 14,400 by 123 for the total number of calls that can be made per day.
Need it in the form of an equation.

Identify and use the ratios given.

You will need to decide what time units you want and convert using an appropriate conversion ratio.
