log(1) = 0, and common log of anything else is NOT zero.

The greatest integer function of all and only all
numbers between 0 and 10, exclusive of 0 and 10,
is 1.  Therefore the set of zeros is

the interval {x|0 < x < 10} or in interval notation (0,10)
