i) 10 different projects chosen 4 at a time is 10 choose 4, or 10!/4!6!, or 210 possible selections
ii)If 2 projects are compulsory, the you have 8 choose 2, or 8!/2!6!, which is or 28 possible combinations. ☺☺☺☺
