L = A + 7
T = 4L

Substitute for A and T and solve for "L"::
L + L-7 + 4L = 125
6L = 132
L = 22 (# of LaToya messages)
A = L-7 = 15 (# of Austin messages)
T = 4L = 88 (# of Trey messages)
