1 litre costs $24.
2 litres cost twice as much as 1 litre less 25%,
2 litres costs 0.75(2*24) = 0.75(48) = $36

4 litres cost twice as much as 2 litres less 25%.
4 litres costs 0.75(2*36) = $54
