Hi there,
The graph of f(x) cuts the
'y' axis when x = 0
f(x) = -2x^2 + 4x + 3
f(0) = -2(0)^2 + 4(0) + 3
f(0) = 3
Therefore the graph cuts
the 'y' axis at (0,3)
