Two consecutive odd integers are such that one third the smaller one is greater than
one-seventh of the larger one by 6. Find the numbers.
Let the smaller be S
Then the larger is: S + 2
We then get: %281%2F3%29S+=+%281%2F7%29%28S+%2B+2%29+%2B+6
S%2F3+=+S%2F7+%2B+2%2F7+%2B+6
Continue to solve for S, the smaller. Add 2 to S to get larger.
