Hi, I'm having trouble figuring out this problem:

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
4%2Api%2Ad = 4%2A3.14%2A16 inches.
4 is the number of revolutions,
d is the diameter, pi = 3.14.
By the way, pi%2Ad is the length of the circle with the diameter d.
What is difficult in it?
You can put this solution on YOUR website!
The formula in finding the arc length is
s+=+r%2Atheta,
where s = arc length, r = radius, and theta = angular measure in radians.
Now theta+=+%284+rev%29%2A%28%282%2Api%29%2Frev%29+=+8%2Api, and radius = diameter/2 = 8 inches.
==> s+=+r%2Atheta+=+8%2A8pi+=+64pi inches.
