Question 1040948: If L is parallel to M, the measure of angle 7 = 6x + 4, and the measure of angle 15 = 14x - 4, calculate the measure of angle 13.
-58 degrees
-171 degrees
-9 degrees
-122 degrees
I got 122 degrees. Can you please write an explanation as to why it is correct? I'm very bad at math. Thanks in advance!

You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Sum of angles 7 and 15 is 180 degrees.
6x%2B4%2B14x-4=180

Angle 13 and angle 7 are corresponding and are in this case, congruent (same angle measure).
