You can put this solution on YOUR website!
8x = 1/128
Multiply both sides times 128:
1024x = 1
Now divide both sides by 1024:
x = 1/1024
:
Here is another way, I'm not sure what they've taught you:
Divide both sides by 8:
8x/8 = (1/128)/8
on the left 8 on the numerator and 8 on the denominator cancel each other:
x = (1/128)/8
On the right you multiply the divisors: 128*8 = 1024:
x = 1/1024
