You can put this solution on YOUR website! If the agent is paid 550, out of that amount 200 is the base salary and 350 is the money received because of commission.
There is an issue with the way this problem is written. I would rewrite this and hopefully that makes it more meaningful.

To solve this problem
200+ (x-2000)*3% = 550 solving for x = 11667
