Take logarithms of both sides (natural logarithms). You will get

(1-2x)*ln(3) = x*ln(4).

x = (log(3)-2i*pi*n)/(2log(2)+2log(3))
Or did you mean:
(3^1)-2x = 4^x
x = 1/2
