You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Check the value of the function at each set of endpoints.
If they're the same sign, then a zero may be in the interval, a smaller interval than you checked.
If they're opposite in sign, then a zero is definitely in the interval.
So between 0 and 1,
f%280%29=-8
f%281%29=1-3-8=-10
Maybe.
Do the same for the remaining sets of endpoints.
