You can't possibly have a quarter, nor more than one dime. You also can't have more than 5 pennies, because the number of pennies must be divisible by 5 and if you have more than 5 pennies, you have at least 10 pennies -- more than 7 coins.

So, you figure it out from here.

If it's made up of dimes, nickel, and pennies, then:
1 dime + 1 nickel+ 5 pennies=7 coins
10+5+5=20 cents!!!!!!!!!!!!!
