You can put this solution on YOUR website!
4 sin2 4x = 2
-----------
If you mean
4sin^2(4x) = 2
sin^2(4x) = 1/2
sin(4x) = ±sqrt(1/2)
4x = ±pi/4 + n*2pi, n = any integer
x = ±pi/16 + n*pi/2, n = any integer
(x in radians)

.
4%2Asin2%284x%29 = 2
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I came to fix an error in the previous solution:
4%2Asin%5E2%284x%29 = 2
sin%5E2%284x%29 = 1%2F2
sin(4x) = ±sqrt%281%2F2%29 = +/-sqrt%282%29%2F2
4x = ±pi/4 + n*pi, n = any integer
x = ±pi/16 + n*pi/4, n = any integer    (x in radians)
