For example, it is easy for me to imagine an equilateral triangle that I can call triangle ABQ, but you have not described the locations of point P, C, or R in relation to the triangle. Please provide a detailed verbal depiction of what you see in the diagram...

I see that you have already found the angle of ACB. So let us concentrate on finding angle PQR.
I will go through the steps here, but I believe if you read my first observation, you will face palm, and laugh, as sometimes it is the very simplest ideas that we overlook.
Observations:
1.We are told that AP=AB, and that ABQ is an equilateral triangle, therefore the lengths of segments AP and AQ are equal, and APQ is an is an isosceles triangle. Being so, it has two congruent sides, and two congruent angles.
2.We know that angle PAQ is 22 degrees. Therefore, the sum of the other two angles must add up to  , and the two angles must be of equal measure, so...

3.Since segment QR is collinear with segment QA, then angles PQR and PQA are congruent.
4. We know that the angle of PQA is 79 degrees. So the angle of PQR must be 79 degrees.
