TR&C given as 5. T&R given as 15, but that includes the TR&C, so T&R only is 10. Likewise, R&C only is 13 and T&C only is 19.
T only is 54, but that includes TR&C, T&C, and T&R so T only is 54 minus 5 minus 19 minus 10 equals 20

Likewise, R only is 43 - 5 - 10 - 13 = 15

And C only is 54 - 5 - 13 - 19 = 17

T only plus R only plus C only plus T&C only plus T&R only plus R&C only plus TRC = 99 that want something out of 117 residents leaving 8 that want nothing so

P(want nothing) = 18/117
