Question 1038199: How do you write logbase5 of 2 * square root of x as a sum/difference of factors?
So far, I've gotten up to logbase5 of 2 + 1/2logbase5 of x, but my textbook says that the answer is 2 + logbase5 of x. I can't seem to figure out how to get to that answer.
