Domain, all x
Range: 2^x can never be negative, and as x becomes more and more negative, it approaches 0, The horizontal asymptote is therefore 1, since that is added on to the 2^x. The range is (1,oo).
When graphing these, pick x=1,0, and -1. That will give you the three points you need.
The function will then be equal to 3, 2, and 1.5 respectively.
