Write the rectangular equation in polar form.
X^2+(y-2)^2 =4
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
In polar form,
x = r%2Acos%28alpha%29, y = r%2Asin%28alpha%29.    (1)
So, substitute/plug-in the expressions (1) into the original equation
%28r%2Acos%28alpha%29%29%5E2+%2B+%28r%2Asin%28alpha%29-2%29%5E2 = 4,
and then simplify it.
