Use the fact that the sum of the exterior angles of a polygon add up to 360 degrees.

The exterior angle of a 100-degree angle measures 80 deg, and the exterior angle of a 110-degree angle measures 70 deg. Let s be the number of sides of the polygon. Then

80 + 70(s-1) = 360 (note: must use s-1 instead of s)
70(s-1) = 280
s = 5
