Prism has a length of 14 (which would be the height of the prism?)
My answer: 770cm^3
Book's answer: 232.16 cm^3
Can someone explain where I went wrong?

volume of a triangular prism = (1/2) * base * height * length
:
base = 10cm, one side = 6cm, length = 14cm
:
use Pythagorean Theorem
:
h^2 + 5^2 = 6^2
:
note that (1/2) * 10 is the base of the right triangle formed using the height
:
h^2 = 36 - 25 = 11
:
h = 3.3166247 approx 3.32
:
