Let's assume x as his height of face and y is the height from neck to feet.
Therefore the total height of GW is x+y
tangent of 70 = (x+y)/182 = 2.75
Tangent of 67.5 = y/182 = 2.4142 here we can conclude y = 182*2.4142= 440
We are interested in x. Therefore we have to replace y in the first equation with y from the second equation.
(x+440)/182 = 2.75 Therefore x+440 = 500 This means x has to be around 60

MathTherapy is correct.
Tan(70)= 2.7475
Tan(67.5)= 2.4142
The difference is .3333 and 182 * .3333 = 60.66 ft.
