Rotate the unit vector in the CW direction
from the zero reference ( due to the minus sign )
+pi%2F4+ is visualized as 45 degrees, so
+45%2A7+=+315+ degrees
That is 45 degrees short of returning to the
zero reference ( turning CW ).
So, the reference angle would be +pi%2F4+
in the 1st quadrant
