Now we have to find A and B...multiply everything by (x-4)(x+3) and get
x - 3 = A(x+3) + B(x-4)
x - 3 = Ax + Bx + 3A - 4B = (A+B)x + (3A-4B)
From this we get
A + B = 1 and
3A - 4B = -3
Multiply the top one by 4 and add it to the bottom one...
3A - 4B = -3
+(4A + 4B = 4)

A = 1/7 so that
B = 6/7
which means the partial fractions are
