Answer by Edwin McCravy(20060) About Me  (Show Source):
You can put this solution on YOUR website!
matrix%281%2C4%2C13%2Cclubs%2Cchoose%2C2%29%2Fmatrix%281%2C4%2C52%2Ccards%2Cchoose%2C2%29%22%22=%22%2213C2%2F%2852C2%29%22%22=%22%2278%2F1326%22%22=%22%221%2F17
But then "E. 3/51" reduces to 1/17.

So I suppose that's the answer. It's puzzling to me why they
would list an answer not reduced to lowest terms, to see if
you could recognize it. But, oh well!
