Let h = speed of helicopter in still air, and w = speed of the wind.
Use the formula D = R*T.
From the first sentence, we get 328 = 2(h-w), and from the second sentence, we get
492 = 2(h+w).
==> 164 = h-w, and 246 = h+w, after simplification.
==> 410 = 2h, after adding corresponding sides of the two previous equations.
==> h = 205 miles per hour, the speed of the helicopter in still air.
