Let x be the amount of liters of 70% solution needed. Then:
.7x + .10(16)=.22(16+x)
.7x + 1.6=3.52+.22x
.48x=1.92
x=1.92/.48=4 liters of 70% acid needed to produce 20 liter of 22% solution!!!!!!!!
