You can put this solution on YOUR website!
(2x+1)³
Take the indefinite integral (another name for antiderivative):
integral (2x+1)^3 dx
For the integrand (2x+1)^3, substitute u = 2x+1 and du = 2dx:
= 1/2 integral u^3du
The integral of u^3 is u^4/4:
= u^4/8+constant
Substitute back for u = 2x+1 and your answer is:
1/8(2x+1)^4+constant
