Question 103262: Our teacher wanted us to graph this equation: y= -3/4x+3
And she wanted us to use a "T-Chart" and I know what that is, but the fraction gets me confused. This problem was from our daily warm-up not from any textbook.

You can put this solution on YOUR website! Our teacher wanted us to graph this equation:
y= (-3/4)x+3
And she wanted us to use a "T-Chart"
----------------------------
If x = 0, y = (-3/4)*0+3 = 3
If x = 4, y = (-3/4)*4+3 = -3+3=0
If x = 8, y = (-3/4)*8+3 = -6+3=-3
----------------------
Plot these points: (0,3), (4,0), (8,-3)
------------------------
Graph:
