B is incorrect. The correct answer is D.
The level of variation in the values of the dependent variable (here it is y) explained by independent variable (here it is x) is given by the coefficient of determination r%5E2, which in this case is NOT 92%, but %28-0.92%29%5E2+=+0.8464, or 84.64%.
