Question 103219: Please help! Subtract and write in simplest form.
(3 / x^2+4x+3) - (1 / x^2-9)
I just can't seem to figure out the LCD. If the first expression breaks down to (x+3)and (x+1) and the second expression breaks down to (x-3) and (x+3), I tried to get the LCD from (x-3)(x+3) and (x+1) but then there would be no middle term. Please help! Thanks so much! Answer by edjones(8007) (Show Source):
