If the OfficeJet printer does its' job in 12 min., then it does 1/12 job per minute. The Laser jet does 1/8 jobs per minute. Therefore, adding them together, we get:
1/8 + 1/12=1/n
3/24 + 2/24=1/n
5/24=1/n
5n=24
n=24/5 minutes working together!!!!!!
