f(0) = 42 dollars
f(3) = 210 dollars

slope = (210-42)/(3-0) = 168/3 = $56

Note:: The slope is the amount savings will increase
when the number of weeks increases by one.

As he now has $42, and will have $210 in 3 weeks, it follows that over the next 3 weeks, he will have deposited $168,
which means that  , or  will be deposited each week
