Question 1031242: Can any of u help me to solve this problem
I borrowed $1000 from a frend, but I lost it the next min. So I borrowed $500 frm another frend. From tht $500, I bought $300 sweets. With the balance $200 I paid back each $100 to the frends I borrowed frm. So I owe $900 +$400 = $1300. Well with $1300 add the sweet amt of $300 will be $1600. I only borrowed $1500 frm my both frends. Then where did the $100 came frm. Found 2 solutions by ankor@dixie-net.com, solver91311:Answer by ankor@dixie-net.com(22740) (Show Source):
You can put this solution on YOUR website! I borrowed $1000 from a frend, but I lost it the next min.
So I borrowed $500 frm another frend.
At this point you owe $1500
:
From tht $500, I bought $300 sweets. With the balance $200 I paid back each $100 to the frends I borrowed frm.
At this point you returned $200, so you owe $1300
So I owe $900 +$400 = $1300. Well with $1300 add the sweet amt of $300 will be $1600. I only borrowed $1500 frm my both frends.
You owe $1300, what you spent is of no consequence.
