This is an expression you really don't "solve" expressions but you can certainly simplify it by perfoming the indicated multiplication.

%282a%2B3b%29%282a%2B3b%29+=+4a%5E2+%2B+6ab+%2B+6ab+%2B+9b%5E2 Simplify.
4a%5E2+%2B+12ab+%2B+9b%5E2 Now multiply this by the third parentheses.
Now simplify this.
