Okay. Since the cosine repeats every 360, we can subtract 360 off twice and get
cos 632 = cos 272 = cos (-88)
Since the cosine function is an even function,
cos (-x) = cos x
so that
cos (-88) = cos 88

Start at 0 degrees and turn the unit vector
360 degrees at a time counter clockwise

After a 360 degree turn,
+632+-+360+=+272+ degrees are left
and the unit vector is back at 0 degrees

Now turn the unit vector 270 degrees, ( going counter clockwise)
which is 90 degrees past 180 degree location
and 2 degrees are left, which will
put you in the 4th quadrant

If you do any trig functions of this angle,
the angle will be +90+-+2+=+88+ degrees
to the 0 degree location in the 4th quadrant
