You can put this solution on YOUR website! If the ratio proposed in the question is 12:3, then it's the same as 4:1.
Thus 152 tiles is equivalent to a border of 152/4, or 38. And a garden of length 12 requires 12(4), or 48 tiles!!!!!!!
