You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Hi there,
(?)/(x^2-7x+10)*(2x^2-7x-15)/(2x^2+7x+6)=-5
First of all factorize all the quadratics.
(?)/(x - 5)(x - 2) * (2x + 3)(x - 5)/(2x + 3)(x + 2) = 5
Cancel the (x - 5)'s bottom left and top right
Cancel the (2x + 3)'s top and bottom on right
And that leaves you with:-
?/ (x - 2) * 1/ (x + 2)= 5
Multiply together
?/(x^2 - 4) = 5/1
Cross multiply and you get:-
? = 5x^2 - 20
Hope this helps :-)
