Eq 1 : 3x -2y = 3
Eq 2 :-4x +3y = 1

Multiply Eq 1 by 3 and Eq 2 by 2 to get:
Eq 3: 9x -6y = 9
Eq 2:-8x +6y = 2

Add the wo equations to get:
x = 11

Substitute into Eq 1 to solve for y:
3*11 = 3 + 2y
30 = 2y
y = 15

Solution : x=11, y=15
