I have no idea what kind of equation you set up here!
3 TIMES FASTER is actually 4 times Carlos' speed but it's the norm, in today's math questions setup, that
3 TIMES FASTER means 3 TIMES AS FAST. Ridiculous!!

Assuming this to actually mean, 3 TIMES AS FAST, we get Manuel’s speed as: 3S, and the following TIME equation:
63 = 21 + 6S -------- Multiplying by LCD, 3S
63 – 21 = 6S
42 = 6S
