Lets' call the number of accountants, x.
Then the number of supervisors is x + 15.
Then the number of mechanics is 4(x+15).
Now we add them altogether and get
x + x+15 + 4(x+15) = 225
Now solve for x.
2x + 15 + 4x + 60 = 225
6x + 75 = 225
6x = 150
x = 25 accountants
x+15 = 40 supervisors
4(x+15) = 160 mechanics
