You can put this solution on YOUR website!
hi dear,
Let L be the lenght
w be the width.
From you question,
L=w+s
Then,
Area A =L*w
Therefore area in factored form
A=(w+4)*w
A=w(w+4)
Area in standard form
A=(w²+4w)*10^0
