-3cos%28pi%2F2%29-3isin%28pi%2F2%29 is one such expression.

This expression is not in modulus form, and only one of an infinite number of equivalent forms. The problem doesn't specify -3i to be in written in modulus form, but only to be in TRIGONOMETRIC form.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Trigonometric form is
3%2A%28cos%283pi%2F2%29+%2B+i%2Asin%283pi%2F2%29%29.
The modulus should be positive real number.
