You can put this solution on YOUR website! 1.If it takes 3 inmates 1 minute to wash five dishes, then each inmate, working alone, washes 5/3 dishes per minute. 600 dishes/60 minutes = 10 dishes per minute. 10/(5/3)=30/5=6 inmates to wash 600 dishes in one hour!!!!!!!!!!!
2.1221 items/90 minutes=407/30 items/min
407/30 items/min / 6 inmates=407/180 items/inmate/minute
5 x 407/180=2035/180 items/1 inmate/5 minutes
3.4 inmates x 70 hours=280 man hours per dog.
12 dogs=280 x 12 man hours=3360 man hours
3360/245=96/7 men needed to train 12 dogs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
