You can put this solution on YOUR website!
You still are not making the expression clear. Let me guess that you really are starting with (3^-2)^a*(3^b)^(-2a)/(3^-2)^b*(9^-b)^(-3a) which should render to appear %283%5E-2%29%5Ea%2A%283%5Eb%29%5E%28-2a%29%2F%283%5E-2%29%5Eb%2A%289%5E-b%29%5E%28-3a%29. Still not rendering.

Another try to get the rendering and maybe clarify what you have:

Maybe another tutor will see this and is sharper than am I and understand what you actually have. Meanwhile, learn to use pure text to properly express your rational expression.
