4y-3x=5
3/4x=y-4

Put both is slope-intercept form:
y = (3/4)x + (5/4)
y = (3/4)x -4
--------------------
Since the slope are equal the lines are parallel and
there is no solution for the system.

The system is said to be inconsistent.
