Question 1021346: "A parabola has been drawn on a graph but there is information missing. The equation has not been written on the curve. It has a minimum turning point, a y intercept of +6, and cuts the x-axis at +2 and +3. Determine the equation of the curve." I don't even know where to begin wit this!

You can put this solution on YOUR website!
An equation for a parabola is quadratic. Try a factored form y=a%28x-s%29%28x-r%29. You are already given the two x-axis intercepts, so you should .....

y=a%28x-2%29%28x-3%29, and you will use the y-intercept to determine the value of "a".
