Break that up into a 1:2 ratio or into thirds,

So starting at -6
-6%2B11%2F3=-18%2F3%2B11%2F3=-7%2F3
Similarly for the second coordinate,
DELTA=1-%28-1%29=2
-1%2B2%281%2F3%29=-3%2F3%2B2%2F3=-1%2F3
So the 1:2 ratio point is (-7%2F3,-1%2F3)
