What I have done:
x + y + z = 110
x = 4y
z = x + 2
Answer should be: 48 , 12, and 50
Problem for me: I can't figure out the solution to the answer. I need to find each of variable, x, y , and z. This is to be used with either substitution of elimination. I put it here since this is a question related to geometry. Thank you in advance for helping me.

5y+%2B+z+=+110
z+=+110-5y........since x+=+4y->y=x%2F4

from (3) and (a) we have
x+%2B+2=110-5%28x%2F4%29 .......solve for x
x+%2B+5%28x%2F4%29=110-2
4x%2F4+%2B+5x%2F4=108
9x%2F4=108
9x=108%2A4
x=432%2F9
