Question 1021035: Question: The perimeter of a triangle is 110cm. Side x of the
triangle is four times as long as side y. Side z is 2cm
longer than side x. Find the length of each side.
What I have done:
x + y + z = 110
x = 4y
z = x + 2
Answer should be: 48 , 12, and 50
Problem for me: I can't figure out the solution to the answer. I need to find each of variable, x, y , and z. This is to be used with either substitution of elimination. I put it here since this is a question related to geometry. Thank you in advance for helping me. Answer by MathLover1(20849) (Show Source):
